There is no additional middleman! We only maintain enough stock for the next three days, so you can be confident that our infant formula is as fresh as possible. All orders are handled in real-time and within 24 hours, including on weekends, from our California warehouse (orders of European products normally show an update on Mondays after the weekend).

 

Every order is dispatched through priority mail from the United States.

 

We understand that parents require formula quickly. As a result, we don’t even bother teasing our consumers with slow shipping alternatives – all of our items are dispatched using the fastest method available. We’ll email you as soon as we have a tracking number to share. If we send you a tracking number over the weekend, the courier may not fully update it until Monday. Orders are sent from the United States and often arrive within 24-48 hours. Shipping times to Europe are typically 1-6 business days, while shipping times to Australia are 5-8 business days.

 

Cancel within 30 minutes or before midnight ET, whichever comes first.

 

We have very strict turnaround requirements because we are working around the clock to ship you your recipe. This implies that if you choose to cancel an order, we can only do so within 30 minutes, or by midnight ET (whichever comes first). Otherwise, your formula is probably already in transit, and we won’t be able to stop it. By the way, our customer service crew is fantastic.

 

Shipping is a $10 fixed rate for orders under $100.

 

The formula is heavy, and we want to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, distributing recipes as quickly as we do is incredibly expensive, however, any order over $100 will always qualify for free delivery. We can only offer free shipping within the United States and Canada at this time.

 

At any quantity, you can have peace of mind.

 

Because we collaborate so closely with manufacturers, we can have the freshest batches sent straight to our warehouse every 2-3 days, ensuring that you always have access to the freshest possible baby formula on the market. We will not sell it if it is not fresh.

Baby formula is a very hygienic product. We understand that people make mistakes when making purchases, but once the formula has left our warehouse, we cannot accept refunds or cancellations owing to the sensitive nature of this food item. By purchasing, you also accept that this recipe is strictly for personal use.
